What Food@Home is

Food@Home lets you order delivery from local restaurants in Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin. You pick a restaurant, place an order, and it is delivered to the address you provided.

Your account

Your account is identified by your mobile phone number and protected by your password. Keep your password to yourself: anything done through your account is presumed to be done by you. Tell us as soon as possible if you believe someone else is using it.

Acceptable use

Use the app for its purpose: ordering food for yourself or people you know. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other people's data, or use the app for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Changes to these terms

The service is young and these terms will evolve. We will publish updated terms in the app; continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new terms.
